At Ikigai Home and Living, we ensure that every product reaches you safely. However, in case of transit damage or any wear or tear we will refund you 30% of the total amount and in case if it’s in a condition of repair or touch up, then the same will be done at no extra cost.

• But please note: The product should reach us back within the 30 days from the date of receiving the product. Else we will not be able to move forward with the repair or touch up.
• We don’t accept any cash on delivery.
• 70% of the total amount should be paid in advance. Remaining 30% should be paid once the work is completed.
• Every product that is handmade cannot be recreated nor it can be replaced.
• Once it is ready or in the process of making, refund cannot be issued. However, if there is any discrepancy, then the same can be resolved or refunded depending on the amount of damage.
• All designs are unique so please do not expect us to make a replica of a product that has been made in the past.
