Shipping Policy

• All shipments are shipped via DTDC across the country.
• The shipping charges will apply based on the weight and size of the parcel and the distance of the location.
• In case of loss of shipment during transit, Ikigai Home & Living will refund 100% of the product amount within two weeks .
