Terms & Conditions for Resin Art & Flower Preservation Services

1. Services Provided
   Our resin art business offers flower preservation services, including the preservation of wedding garlands, bouquets, and other floral arrangements. All preserved items will be encapsulated in high-quality resin to ensure their longevity and beauty.
2. Client Responsibility
   Customers are responsible for ensuring that flowers are in good condition when brought to our studio for preservation. We advise that flowers be as fresh as possible for the best results.
3. Preservation Process
   While we take every measure to ensure the highest quality preservation, flower preservation is a delicate process. Our team will carefully preserve your flowers; however, due to natural variations in flower types and conditions, results may vary.
4. Fungus, Mold, and Environmental Factors
   Flower preservation does not guarantee that mold or fungus will not develop over time. The preservation process involves sealing the flowers in resin, but environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and improper care after preservation may lead to the development of mold or fungus.
5. Limitation of Liability
   The owner of the business is not liable for any damage, mold, fungus growth, or deterioration of preserved flowers once the item has been delivered to the client. Any future issues arising from environmental conditions, improper handling, or negligence are the sole responsibility of the client.
6. Care Instructions
   To minimize the risk of mold and other damage, we will provide you with specific care instructions for your preserved floral items. Proper storage and maintenance are critical to prolonging the life and appearance of your preserved flowers.
7. Weather Conditions: As you all are aware that we are situated in a valley surrounded by mountains thus experience extended and heavy monsoons also severe cold, harsh winds and high humidity levels which is not a favourable condition for working with resin. Hence, during winters and monsoons your orders dispatch/delivery date might extend as the working conditions aren’t favourable. So as a client, we would appreciate your patience and understanding over unpredictable weather which we cannot change in our favour.
8. Refunds & Replacements
   Due to the nature of the preservation process, we do not offer refunds or replacements for items affected by mold, fungus, or other environmental factors. However, if the keepsake gets damaged during the process of resin preservation, then we will either recreate it or offer a 40% refund of the total amount.

9. Client Acknowledgment: By using our services, the client acknowledges and agrees that the business is not responsible for any fungus or mold development that may occur after the item has been delivered. The client agrees to store the preserved flowers in a cool, dry place and avoid exposure to excessive moisture or direct sunlight.
